Hi,
My name is Peter Noack, I am contacting you all from Ireland. I am interested in learning more about Bak Fu Pai. May I ask if there are any endorsed training materials by Grandmaster Doo Wai that anyone would recommed?
May I also ask if Bak Fu Pai is predominantly an upper body system because of the focus that is placed on the Iron Palm. Are there kicks in Bak Fu Pai?
I am very interested in learn the applicability of Bak Fu Pai in a violent situation and would ask any of the members of this Forum if they were unfortunate enough to have to defend themselves in a violent assault. Did you use your training in Bak Fu Pai and what were the results?

There are some clips on youtube posted by me and ironfistIII..you can get an idea of what Bak Fu Pai has. Try the chi gung meditations for a while. Enjoy!

I see you subscribed to Bak Fu Pai clips on youtube...you can start one chi gung meditation from the clips uploaded by IcefistIII....you can contact us on youtube.

Many are contacting us on youtube and asking to learn Bak Fu Pai online, they have tried our chi gung meditations which are on youtube , now they want to learn more.
