Bak Fu Pai workout ( forms and conditioning) is authentic, effective. my daily routine (1 hour) not counting the meditations am doing daily, makes me more energetic and they are great for stamina. Combining with Bak Fu Pai chi gung, which gives the ging and speed as well as endurance in the strikes and moves, and sipping a Bak Fu Pai herbal tea after your workout will make you feel very unique and happy.
